HAPPY NEW YEAR from Isabella!

All of us at the Isabella Foundation wish you a Happy New Year. We have had another successful year, thanks to you, and are looking forward to even greater successes in 2020!

As we round out this year and reflect on this year gone by, we thank you for your support. Because of you, we have continued to help rescue North Korean orphans and refugees and bring them to safety. We have also continued to document the situation for orphans in North Korea and raise awareness through events before the UN and during North Korea Freedom Week, as well as in our own private events.

All of these successes are attributable to you! We again thank you for your support of Isabella and of North Korean refugees and human rights!

While 2019 has been a successful year, it has also brought new challenges. The geopolitical situation in Asia is ever changing. North Korea has resumed their saber-rattling tactics and we have witnessed increased efforts to stifle defectors, human rights workers, and journalists. We have also seen enhanced efforts to capture and repatriate North Korean refugees. And in two of the more troubling instances in 2019, we saw North Korean refugees repatriated from South Korea and a mother and son tragically starve to death in Seoul.

Your continued support is needed now more than ever. We must increase our efforts to rescue and safely resettle North Korean refugees and raise awareness about the human rights situation faced by North Koreans.

The new year will bring new challenges and, with your help, we will meet them head on! Please consider donating now and becoming a monthly donor. Your donations are tax deductible to the maximum amount allowed by law:
